If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will happily refund your product. To initiate a return, please use the email address below to contact us.

Exchanges

We can’t process exchanges at this time.

Please Note

  • You’re welcome to return any of our products and sets that are eligible for a return.
  • The actual refund amount is subject to applied discounts, taxes, shipping costs, and product credit.
  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been completed.
  • Your bank may take up to several additional business days to post the refund to your account.
  • Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for returns.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or not exactly what you ordered (including Sale and non-refundable products), we will replace the product, provided you contact Rocky Mountain Soap Market within 7 days of receipt by email: returns@rmsoapmarket.com.
  • Be sure to include your order number in your email.
