How much is shipping?
Subscription boxes are shipped via FedExGround or UPS Shipping at actual rate.
Can I add other items to my subscription, to combine shipping?
Because our subscription boxes are packaged separately from other orders, we’re unable to add any additional items.
How can I track my Subscription Box?
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse so you can count down ’til its arrival!
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely! If you wish to cancel, there is no penalty. Need help to do so? Simply email or call us prior to the shipment date of the next box.
